Scope:

  1. Site Assessment and Load Analysis

    • Evaluate cooling and heating load demands

    • Assess available chilled water and hot water systems

    • Identify heat recovery potential and integration points

  2. System Design and Equipment Selection

    • Recommend suitable heat pump capacity and configuration

    • Select model based on COP, flow rates, temperature lift, and control compatibility

    • Coordinate integration with chilled water plant or domestic hot water system

  3. Equipment Supply and Delivery

    • Provide high-efficiency water-to-water heat pumps with smart controllers

    • Supply associated accessories: flow switches, valves, sensors, expansion tanks, etc.

  4. Mechanical Installation

    • Install heat pump on proper foundation with vibration isolators

    • Connect chilled water and hot water piping with insulated, properly supported piping

    • Install necessary bypass valves, strainers, and Y-filters for flow control and protection

  5. Electrical and Control Works

    • Complete wiring for main power, pump starters, sensors, and BMS interface

    • Integrate with existing building automation or standalone control panels

    • Install temperature sensors and flow meters for monitoring and protection

  6. System Commissioning

    • Perform system start-up and testing

    • Verify temperature setpoints, flow rates, and pressure levels

    • Test heat recovery performance and safety controls

  7. Performance Tuning and Optimization

    • Fine-tune operation modes for maximum energy efficiency

    • Configure operation schedules and load sharing with existing HVAC systems

  8. Testing & Handover

    • Conduct reliability and functionality tests under live conditions

    • Provide as-built drawings, O&M manual, warranty documentation

    • Deliver client training on operation and routine maintenance
